About: As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the common areas of the property and apartments prior to move-in. Join our team and contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment for our residents.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; ability to organize and manage multiple priorities; positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service; ability to use hand and power tools; ability to lift 50 lbs; ability to stand, walk, and complete physical labor for up to eight hours per day; ability to communicate and comprehend in English; ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day.
