About: Cypressbrook Multifamily Management is seeking an Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and community buildings of multi-family residential apartments in a professional manner. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager.
Requirements: Fair Housing certification; neat, clean, and professional demeanor; valid driver’s license; ability to pass a drug test; hands-on maintenance skills; effective communication skills for interactions with residents and team members; team player attitude; compliance with company policies and procedures
