About: Breaking Ground, a housing provider in New York City, upstate New York, and Connecticut, offers supportive housing solutions to end chronic homelessness. The Property Management department oversees a portfolio of over 20 buildings, ensuring safe and stable environments for residents.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience as a maintenance/porter; proficiency in operating a vacuum cleaner and high-speed buffer; High School Diploma, Trade School, or equivalent; experience working with elderly, disabled, and/or formerly homeless individuals is a plus; basic computer knowledge is advantageous.
