About: Willow Bridge Property Company is a full-service residential property company with deep roots in the industry. Active in more than 75 markets in the U.S., Willow Bridge oversees over 180,000 apartment units and has $3B in owned assets under management. They are currently hiring for an experienced Porter to oversee the general maintenance and curb appeal of the apartment community.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of related experience; high school diploma or equivalent is required; ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines; able to be on-call for responding to after-hours emergencies; this role may require a valid driver’s license
