Requirements: High school diploma or GED; ability to work with exposure to outside weather conditions including heat, humidity, sun, wind, and rain; high energy level; good judgment and common sense; ability to deal with people in a manner that shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism; ability to work a flexible schedule; excellent interpersonal skills
