Position: Porter job
About: As a Porter at a residential property, you will be responsible for maintaining the common areas of the property and apartments prior to move-in. You will ensure a safe, tidy, and sanitary environment, as well as assist in apartment turnovers and communicate effectively with the property management team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for up to eight hours per day; proficiency in English communication; positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service; familiarity with hand and power tools; ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to property maintenance standards
