Position: Porter job
About: At Ingerman, a property management company, the Porter role involves the general upkeep and cleaning of property grounds, common areas, interior spaces, and offices. Responsibilities include maintaining property cleanliness, restoring vacated apartments, preserving office hygiene, and coordinating grounds maintenance.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; One year of general maintenance experience preferred; Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations preferred; Must be able to work a flex schedule and be on-call for emergencies; Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English; Ability to follow direction, work independently, troubleshoot, and problem-solve; ANSI approved steel-toe/composite shoes required; Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation; Willingness to assist with other properties as needed; Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
