Requirements: The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; possess skills in using maintenance tools and equipment safely; exhibit good reading and oral communication skills; demonstrate problem-solving abilities and judgment; be comfortable working outdoors in various conditions for extended periods; have a valid driver’s license for commuting between office and properties; and must be a team player.
