About: Clinton Management, a full-service property management company, is seeking a motivated and engaged Porter to join one of their Bronx properties. The company manages a diverse property portfolio, including approximately 3,000 residential units, commercial spaces, retail properties, and parking garages. Clinton Management focuses on maximizing property value and profitability while contributing to the community.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; One year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience will be considered); Heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) is required; Must be available to work weekends, overnights, and/or overtime
