Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical and cleaning knowledge for basic repairs and maintenance tasks; time management and efficiency skills; valid driver’s license with a clean record; open schedule availability; ability to pass a drug test and background check; previous experience in maintenance and porter roles preferred
