About: Responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and property grounds, including tasks like removing trash, cleaning pool areas, maintaining exterior spaces, and assisting with property management duties. The position involves a variety of maintenance and cleaning responsibilities to ensure a well-kept environment for residents and visitors.
Requirements: Able to communicate effectively with property manager; proficient in written and oral English; capable of completing pre-employment background checks including criminal record search and drug screening
