Position: Porter job
About: The Porter performs routine upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. The Porter will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.
Requirements: Non-exempt classification; Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and repairs; Previous experience in property maintenance preferred; Knowledge of safety procedures and precautions; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions; High school diploma or equivalent
