About: Locally Based, Nationwide Apartment Management Company is seeking a Porter to join their team. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the apartment community, grounds, amenities, and parking areas.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work on ladders, stand/walk for long periods, and perform physical tasks like bending and climbing
