About: A community management company is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of various properties. The Housekeeper plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests through attention to detail and thorough cleaning practices across all communal spaces and units within the community.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; Housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred; Able to read service requests and schedules, and communicate effectively in English; Ability to work variable schedules including weekends and emergencies; Adherence to company policies and procedures; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships; Willingness to work at different properties and travel within metropolitan areas for company events
