Requirements: One to five years of experience working as a maintenance professional; experience working in a residential setting is preferred, but not required; must be able to pull/push rolling 1-yard waste container on and off elevator lift; ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions; must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
