About: The restaurant is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure superior maintenance for the interior and exterior of the establishment in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements: Flexible schedule; reading and writing skills required; ability to communicate effectively with guests, team, and management; sense of urgency; trained in food safety knowledge; capable of climbing up and down a 25-foot ladder; skilled in sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing with hazardous materials; able to work independently; proficient in reaching, bending, and cleaning surfaces regularly; comfortable working in varied environments; adept at working indoors and outdoors equally; practices safety to prevent hazards such as cuts, slips, trips, falls, and burns
