Position: Porter job
About: The Scion Group, a company specializing in student housing, is seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Porter to maintain outdoor property features and ensure a welcoming environment for residents. The Porter is responsible for landscaping, snow removal, trash disposal, and general upkeep of common areas to provide a comfortable living experience in line with the company’s values.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; at least one year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance or related field; ability to follow instructions and maintain records; Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred; punctual, reliable, and able to work under deadlines and flexible schedules; sensitivity to diverse populations and a commitment to inclusive practices; valid driver’s license
