About: Willow Bridge Property Company is a full-service residential property company deeply rooted in the industry, setting the standard of excellence for multifamily operators and developers. With a presence in over 75 markets in the U.S., Willow Bridge oversees more than 180,000 apartment units and manages $3B in owned assets. They are currently seeking an experienced Porter to maintain the general upkeep and curb appeal of their apartment community.
Requirements: Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs. on a regular basis; Keep property, management office, and landscaping clean; Replace lightbulbs and window screens as needed; Assist with apartment make-readies; Clean air conditioning vents and pools; Perform light painting duties; High school diploma or equivalent required; Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines; Willingness to be on-call for emergencies; Valid driver’s license may be required
