Position: Porter job
About: Willow Bridge Property Company is a full-service residential property company with deep roots in the industry, overseeing over 180,000 apartment units across more than 75 markets in the U.S. They are currently looking to hire an experienced Porter to maintain the general upkeep and curb appeal of the apartment community.
Requirements: Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs. on a regular basis; Keep property, management office, landscaping clean; Replace lightbulbs, window screens, and air filters; Assist with apartment make-readies and light painting duties; High school diploma or equivalent required; Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines; On-call availability for after-hours emergencies; Valid driver’s license may be required
