About: The Scion Group LLC is a company dedicated to changing what student housing means by providing unique experiences and creating communities that feel like home. They are looking to hire a Porter to focus on the care and maintenance of outdoor features of residential properties.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED or Trade School diploma; one year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance; efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials; Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred; record of punctuality and dependability; ability to work under pressure of deadlines; schedule flexibility for after-hour and weekend emergencies; sensitivity and understanding of diverse populations; possession of a valid driver’s license
