About: Maintains and cleans all common areas of Su Casa, both inside and outside, keeping them spotless, safe, and sanitary. The schedule options include Tuesday-Saturday 8AM-4PM or Sunday-Thursday 8AM-4PM. The rate is $34,580 – $36,400 / year dependent on experience ($19 – $20 / hour). The location is NY, NY 10002. Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, and/or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and/or training and experience. Good interpersonal skills and hands-on knowledge of maintenance trades.
