About: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and property grounds, this position encompasses various duties from trash removal to landscape maintenance, aimed at ensuring a well-kept environment for residents. The role also involves assisting the Property Manager with various tasks to uphold the property’s standards and aesthetics effectively.
Requirements: Able to communicate effectively with the Property Manager through written and oral instructions; must possess English language proficiency for business purposes; capable of comprehending and generating written correspondence, service requests, and interacting professionally with residents, colleagues, and vendors; must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, including criminal record search, employment verification, and drug screening.
