About: Schochet is currently seeking a Part-Time Porter at Danforth Heights, a 166-family apartment community located in downtown Portland, Maine. The duties include final cleaning of apartments during turnover, trash room maintenance, delivery notices, light maintenance, property upkeep, and vendor assistance. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12 pm, with a focus on growth, employee retention, and pre-employment background checks.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; janitorial experience preferred; ability to perform light maintenance tasks; good organizational and time-management skills; strong attention to detail and cleanliness
