Position: Porter – Janitorial Services – Portero-30784
About: Harvard Maintenance is currently seeking a Porter to join their team. As a Porter at Harvard Maintenance, you will be responsible for handling daily maintenance and policing of building grounds, servicing all public and operating spaces throughout the building, facilitating plaza and/or parking garage areas as specified, keeping elevator cars clean and neat, preserving lobby and first impression areas, and maintaining stairwells on a regular schedule.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in maintenance or custodial role preferred
