Position: Porter/Janitor (Full Time)
About: The Marshes of Skidaway Island is seeking a Full-time Porter/Janitor to provide extraordinary service to residents. The position involves major floor care projects, trash disposal, equipment maintenance, and other assigned responsibilities in a resort-like environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Must be at least 18 years of age; Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check; Previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required; Must be able to perform moderate to heavy physical effort for 95% of the workday, including standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching, stretching, lifting up to 30 lbs independently.
