Position: Porter/Groundskeeper
About: Scion is a residential property management company seeking a detail-oriented Porter/Gatekeeper to maintain common areas both indoors and outdoors. The ideal candidate should excel in customer service, possess strong initiative, attention to detail, and follow-through in a collegiate environment.
Requirements: High school/GED or trade school diploma and one year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance or equivalent; proficiency in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials; proven record of punctuality, dependability, and ability to work under pressure; possession of a valid driver’s license; ability to stand for long hours, lift up to 100 lbs, as needed
