Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required; ability to read, write, and understand English; ability to use general office equipment; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to cope with and defuse difficult situations; ability to maintain confidentiality; professional appearance and compliance with prescribed uniform policy; valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required; compliance with all safety requirements; completion of Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity, and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days of employment; ability to shovel snow, apply ice melt, and operate a commercial snow blower; passionate about meticulous curb appeal
