Position: Porter/Groundskeeper
About: Mill Creek Residential, a leading property management company, is seeking a Service Technician I to maintain the overall curb appeal and physical condition of the community. This hands-on role involves routine maintenance, cleaning, janitorial tasks, and groundskeeping, ensuring the community is safe and aesthetically pleasing for residents. The Service Technician I plays a crucial role in upholding operational and safety standards, addressing repairs promptly, and promoting a high level of customer service within the community.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred; experience in maintenance duties helpful; familiarity with multi-family maintenance is a plus
