Requirements: This position requires a High School Diploma / GED, or equivalent work experience; Less than 1 year of required prior experience in working on a commercial or multi-unit residential property; Required skills: dependability, teamwork, ethics, organizational support, safety and security, and ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English
