Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to read, write, and understand English; strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required; ability to shovel snow, apply ice melt, and operate a commercial snow blower; must complete Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity, and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days of employment
