Position: Porter, Full-Time
About: Scion is seeking a Porter/Gatekeeper to maintain a residential property’s common areas, providing general cleanliness and upkeep both indoors and outdoors. This role may involve assisting with maintenance, cleaning, and moving services, tailored for a customer-centric and detail-oriented environment.
Requirements: High school/GED or trade school diploma and one year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance; efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials; punctual, dependable, able to work under pressure, and flexible for after-hours and weekend emergencies; valid driver’s license; ability to stand 8 hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 lbs. as needed
