Position: Porter for Luxury Residential Building (Full-Time)
About: Adamas Building and Adamas Security in East Orange, NJ is seeking an experienced Custodian/Porter to join their team. General duties include dusting, cleaning high touch surfaces, windows, mirrors, restrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming common areas, outdoor cleanup, restocking amenities, and responding to cleaning issues within the building.
Requirements: Weekly pay; able to lift 50 pounds; able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; must be reliable and professional; 1-2 years custodial or porter experience; good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
