Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; one year experience in building maintenance preferred; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus; computer literate; skilled in light maintenance, basic repairs, and project-based activities; effective communication and team collaboration skills; self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision; demonstrated initiative and ability to make independent decisions based on sound judgment; attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule including weekends; valid driver’s license required
