Position: Porter – Avana on the Platte
About: GreyStar – Avana on the Platte is seeking a Custodian/Janitor/Cleaner to join their team. As a Porter at GreyStar, you will inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings. You will also ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times, remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred; ability to lift and carry heavy objects; attention to detail and thoroughness in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness
