Requirements: No industry experience required; must be willing to work outdoors and lift over 50 lbs; responsible for daily upkeep of community, buildings, pools, and grounds; ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, enjoy outdoor work, be detail-oriented, and take pride in maintaining community aesthetics.
