About: Community Management, Inc. (CMI) AAMC is a locally owned, full-service management company providing homeowner association management services in Oregon and SW Washington for over 53 years. The Porter role is a full-time, non-exempt position serving a community in the South Waterfront District.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to provide janitorial services such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and cleaning restrooms; attention to detail; good verbal and written communication skills; organizational and time management skills; ability to work in a team environment and independently; basic math and reading skills; must provide 2 professional references; successful completion of the interview process and pre-employment requirements
