About: Community Management, Inc. (CMI) AAMC is a locally owned, full-service Management Company providing management services for homeowner associations throughout Oregon and SW Washington for the past 53 years. They are currently looking for a dedicated Porter to serve a community in the South Waterfront District.
Requirements: The Porter role is a full-time, non-exempt position that involves providing janitorial services in the common areas such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and other cleaning tasks. The candidate must have attention to detail, good communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and in a team environment. Basic math and reading skills are required, along with the ability to follow instructions and mix cleaning formulas. Professional references and successful completion of the interview process are necessary.
