About: Towne Park is currently hiring for the position of Porter to be responsible for basic general cleaning and upkeep of the common garage area and facility equipment. The role also involves assisting with customer issues in the parking area such as lock-outs, flat tires, battery jumpstarts, and lost vehicle assistance.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in custodial or janitorial roles preferred; ability to handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently; attention to detail and basic maintenance skills
