Position: Poolside Server Assistant – Full Time, $27.00/Hour

As a Poolside Server Assistant, you will contribute to the Guest experience by delivering food and beverages, assisting in bussing, and anticipating Guest needs in a high service setting at Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa. Expect to engage in conversations with Guests while delivering appetizers, salads, burgers, flatbreads, and handcrafted cocktails.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; Willing to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and around nature; Must meet state requirements to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission card; Will verify IDs when vending and serving alcohol; Must be comfortable with cash handling; Possess excellent hospitality skills; Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment; Excellent memorization skills; Demonstrated ability to resolve guest situations; Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision; Strong verbal communication skills; Knowledge of the pivot system – a seating and order-taking method
