Position: Poolside Server Assistant – Full Time, $27.00/Hour
About: Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa is currently seeking a Poolside Server Assistant to join their team. This role involves delivering food and beverages poolside, providing support to the Poolside Server, and engaging with guests to ensure an exceptional experience at this renowned resort and spa in Hawaii.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; willing to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and around nature; must meet state requirements to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission card; comfortable with cash handling; excellent hospitality skills; ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced environment; excellent memorization skills; speed, accuracy, and efficiency are required, as well as the ability to work well under pressure; demonstrated ability to own and resolve guest situations; self-directed; willing to follow instructions and take direction; flexible and adaptable; supportive of team members; strong verbal communication skills; familiarity with the pivot system – a seating and order-taking method.
