Position: Pool Server
About: The company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Pool Server to join their team at a luxurious pool area. The role involves interacting with guests, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring proper setup, and following standard operating procedures for efficient service delivery.
Requirements: Knowledge of drink recipes, standard signature drinks, and wine lists; working knowledge of POS system and cashiering; understanding: ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions according to established procedures; comprehension: excellent command of the English language (multi-lingual is a bonus); organizational skills: work efficiently, utilize multitasking and task prioritization skills; service: consistent and uniform service level in accordance with established standards; hygiene and sanitation: adherence to uniform, grooming, and personal hygiene standards; punctuality: adherence to schedule, arrival time, and attendance at mandatory meetings; responsibility: maintain personal comportment in line with company policies and standards, identify and report potential problem situations to Management immediately.
