Position: Pool Model Barback – Seasonal On Call
About: Working closely with the Pool Management Team and Bartenders, the Pool Model Barback will play an important role in supporting the Bartenders by ensuring outlets are clean, organized, always properly stocked and to service guests in a courteous, timely, and professional manner as needed. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and Company policies, practices, and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; six (6) months of experience as a Bar Porter, Apprentice Bartender, Bartender, Food Server, or other F&B service role; must obtain a TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card; must obtain a SNHD Health Card; must obtain a Nevada Gaming License
