Position: Pool Bartender | Salt & Gila
About: Omni Hotels is seeking a dedicated Beverage Server/Barback to join their team. As a Bartender at Omni Hotels, you will observe and adhere to all liquor liability laws, have excellent working knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines, restock the bar with essential products and equipment, set up and break down the bar area and service station, serve properly mixed drinks to guests and servers, and monitor guests’ alcohol intake. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines; experience in a bar setting preferred; ability to restock bar supplies efficiently; proficiency in setting up and breaking down bar area; demonstrated skill in mixing drinks accurately and proportionately; observant and attentive to guests’ alcohol consumption
