Position: Pool Bartender
About: Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, the award-winning owner and operator of luxurious hotels, resorts, and residences worldwide, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Bartender to join the team at Mandarin Oriental, Miami, located in Brickell Key. The Pool Bartender will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to guests while maintaining high standards in the bar environment, working closely with the Pool team to ensure a clean and efficient operation. This position reports directly to the Pool Managers within the hotel.
Requirements: Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury setting; Bartending certification is required, with TIPs and ServSafe certification preferred; Excellent communication and organization skills; Ability to work in a high-paced and dynamic operation; Team player with a pleasant, friendly, and helpful demeanor; Maintain clean personal hygiene and grooming; Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Strong focus on guest satisfaction and detailed guest service
