Position: Pool Attendant
About: The Crossroads YMCA Aquatics Team is seeking a dedicated Attendant to support swimmers through assisting with swim lesson operations, providing a safe and positive atmosphere in alignment with YMCA values and policies.
Requirements: Current First Aid, CPR/AED certification preferred or to be obtained within 30 days of hire; excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to relate effectively to diverse groups; minimum age of 15 years; completion of all New Employee Orientation trainings within 30 days of hire
