Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; on-the-job training offered; precast/construction experience preferred but not required; excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work as a team player and communicate effectively; excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines; ability to work with tools, hand tools, and equipment safely
