Position: PM Sous Chef – Rio Grande Lounge
About: Hyatt Regency Tamaya, located between the Sandia Mountains and the Rio Grande, is seeking a passionate and experienced PM Sous Chef to join the culinary team at Rio Grande Lounge. The resort is a destination rich in culture, history, and natural beauty, offering guests a relaxing ambiance and a menu of light fare complemented by an extensive list of signature cocktails and fine liquors.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or relevant certification preferred; at least 3 years of experience in a culinary leadership role; strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations; ability to lead and coach a team; excellent organizational and communication skills
