Position: PM Server-Skye Lounge
About: The Server position is responsible for taking food and drink orders, serving customers, preparing checks, and ensuring efficient and courteous service to guests at a hotel establishment. The role may include additional tasks such as escorting guests, setting up tables, and checking identification for alcohol purchases.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; alcohol awareness certification (must comply with state regulations); food handlers certification (must comply with state regulations); ability to clearly convey information and ideas, evaluate and select courses of action quickly, work well under pressure
