Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in fine dining service; full familiarity with menus and beverage offerings; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask; prior serving and cash handling experience preferred; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; strong verbal and written communication skills in English; familiarity with MICROS system preferred
