Position: PM Server
About: The Ivy Hotel, an extraordinary boutique hotel in Baltimore’s historic Mount Vernon neighborhood, with 17 guest rooms and suites, a small luxury spa, and Magdalena, one of Baltimore’s top restaurants. The hotel offers inclusive room rates that include made-to-order breakfast, evening cocktails, private car service, and valet parking. Magdalena is an American Contemporary restaurant known for its French brigade-style kitchen and locally sourced ingredients.
Requirements: Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage; ensure service is professional and in line with department standards; communicate effectively with restaurant staff and other departments; maintain knowledge of hotel products and services; supervise team morale and encourage improvement; provide excellent customer service and handle guest requests and complaints; uphold health and safety standards; support colleagues and undertake operational duties as needed; must be punctual and adhere to grooming standards; physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and exposure to kitchen conditions and cleaning chemicals.
